Purchasing:
Payment is through secure Paypal. You do
not need a Paypal account to purchase. You may use
a credit card, debit card or e-check to pay.
Shipping: Items
are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with insurance.
All items are packaged in a sturdy cardboard box.
If you purchase more than one mask your shipping charges
will be consolidated. Shipping overcharges if applicable
will be refunded to your account. Listed shipping
charge is for the continental USA only.

Fast shipping: Items ship within 1-3 days
of ordering. Most items ship the next business day.
Priority mail is delivered in 2-3 days within the
US.
International
Shipping: Yes! We ship internationally. For
shipping outside the continental US please contact
us with your address for the correct shipping price.
Shipping rates do not include duties or customs fees
which are the responsibility of the client.
Refunds and Exchanges: If an item does not
meet with your satisfaction you may return it for
a refund. There are restrictions. Please read the
important note below.
< Important Notice: Due to the
special event use of masks and costumes you must contact
us within 24 hours of receiving the item to be given
a refund. Refunds are given only if the item is returned
postmarked within 3 days of the delivery date and
if the item is returned in new, unworn condition.
A 15% charge to sanitize the item may be applied for
returned masks (sorry, but we do not know where your
face has been. Sanitizing a mask involves repainting
the inside.) Shipping charges including customs fees
are not refundable and customers are responsible for
all return shipping costs.
This
policy applies only to the masks on this page. Custom
made orders are not eligible for refund.
We
are not responsible for items lost or damaged by USPS.
We do insure all packages so items damaged or lost
by USPS will be covered by their insurance policy.
